Pre-orders in plain English
You are charged in full when you place your pre-order. Estimated delivery is February 2027. Dates are estimates and can shift as production is completed. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. After delivery, your 30-Day Home Trial with free returns begins.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order ships for a full refund, no questions asked. Contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and we will process your cancellation within 2 business days.
30-Day Home Trial
Try ergolign at home for 30 days from the date it is delivered. If it is not right for you, contact us through the Contact Us page within the 30-day trial period, with your order number, to request a return.
- Returned products must be clean, complete, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging, so please keep your box.
- Returns showing excessive wear, misuse, stains, odors, missing components, or damage not caused by a product defect may be refused or subject to a deduction from the refund.
- Returns are not accepted after the 30-day home trial. Manufacturing defects remain covered under the 1-year warranty below.
Return Shipping
For approved returns from the 48 contiguous United States and military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other US territories, a return shipping fee of $25 per unit is deducted from your refund. Returns must be shipped in the original packaging using the label we provide. Returns sent with other carriers or to any other address cannot be tracked and may not be eligible for a refund. Original shipping charges and surcharges are non-refundable. Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are returned or replaced at no cost to you.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of cancellation, or, for trial returns, after the returned product has been received and inspected. Orders paid through an HSA or FSA account are refunded to that account in accordance with plan rules.
1-Year Warranty
Every ergolign is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse, including cuts, punctures, burns, crushing, pet damage, or submersion in water, and it does not cover normal wear or unauthorized modification. ergolign is water resistant for everyday splashes and spills, but soaking or submersion is not covered.
