Information we collect
- Order information: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and your order details.
- Payment information: processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal, and any other payment method you choose at checkout. Full card numbers never reach us.
- Marketing information: your email address if you subscribe to our list, and your phone number if you opt in to text messages.
- Device and usage information: collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
- Messages you send us: contact form submissions, including any optional order number or phone number you include.
How we use information
- To process and fulfill orders and pre-orders, send order confirmations, and provide production and shipping updates.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support, including call backs you request.
- To send marketing emails or texts if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how visitors use our site, improve it, and measure our advertising.
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Text message program
If you opt in to texts, you will receive recurring marketing messages. Message frequency varies, up to 15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business: Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and text message providers, spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), and analytics and advertising partners including Meta (the Meta Pixel) and Microsoft Clarity. These providers use your information only to perform services for us.
We do not sell your personal information. Some advertising measurement may count as "sharing" under California law. To opt out of that sharing, send us a request through the Contact Us page with the subject "Do Not Share My Info".
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make checkout work, analytics cookies to understand site usage, and advertising cookies to measure our marketing. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sharing for advertising. Data retention
We keep order records as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Children
Our site and products are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Our store runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure and we use industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
