The Backstory
For the last 30 years as a chiropractor, I've seen patients constantly slouching in my waiting room.
And I get it. I've dealt with multiple disc herniations myself from a skiing accident, where the pain was so bad I had to consult with an orthopedic surgeon who told me I needed back surgery. So I understand the challenge firsthand: proper alignment is essential, but difficult to maintain without the right support.
